Goddards Brewery
Housed in a picturesque 19th Century stone barn, in
comparison with many breweries ours is exceptionally well
equipped, energy efficient and hygienic.
Most of it was designed and installed ‘in house’ and the
stainless steel vessels were fabricated in Ventnor, on the
Isle of Wight. great
deal of trouble is taken to produce some of the best beer
available in the World - a modest little claim, but not that
far off the truth! Goddards Special Bitter and
Fuggle-Dee-Dum are brewed year round, and there is a
selection of seasonal beers available outside the peak
summer season

Triple fff Brewery
Triple fff Brewing Company Ltd was founded in November
1997 with the aim of brewing "Real ale that real ale
drinkers drink"! The brewery started with a five barrel
plant, and two brews to its name; these two beers, "Moondance"
and "Comfortably Numb" remain to this day among the most
popular Triple fff beers . They have now been joined by
other brews including "Pressed rat and Warthog", "Dazed and
Confused" and "Alton's Pride".
A testament to the high standards of brewing and the
outstanding quality of the Triple fff range, is the number
of awards won by the brewery since it conception only 8
years ago. In fact, The Triple fff Brewing Company has won
over 35 industry awards, including A Best Beer Gold Award at
the CAMRA beer festival.
The Secret of Triple fff's success, is to always use the
finest Maris Otter Barley. This is malted in the age old way
at Warminster Maltings, and blended with selected whole hops
to achieve a fuller flavour. The water used to brew the beer
comes from the Hampshire chalk downs. This water has
percolated for centuries through the great aquifer,
consisting almost entirely of chalk laid down in the
Cretaceous period, 65 to 100 million years ago.
2005 has seen more strings added to the breweries bow, with
the addition of bottled beers to its range, and the
partnership with the Gilbert White House, to produce a
bottled beer, adapted from an original recipe by Gilbert
White himself.

Hampshire Brewery
Hampshire Brewery was founded in 1992 amidst the modern
revolution of new independent craft breweries in England.
In a short period of time it has developed a strong
reputation for the production of high quality and consistent
products; supported by original and distinctive marketing.
The Brewery operates as a Limited Company under the guidance
of Managing Director Les McCall.
"By taking care of the product and the customer, everything
else takes care of itself.
Our staff genuinely believe in our products and support us
and our customers beyond the call of duty."
The original brew "King Alfred's" took its name from Alfred
the Great who reigned in the ninth century and whose
Parliament was based in Andover, the original home of the
brewery. The later brews continued the theme of noble Kings
of England; "Lionheart", "Ironside", "Pendragon" and "1066".
In September 1997, the Brewery relocated to larger premises
in Romsey to facilitate growing demand for its beers. To
celebrate, a new brew was created - "Pride of Romsey" and it
was immediately entered into the 1998 International Brewing
Industry Awards, where it won Bronze in the Strong cask ale
category.

Bowman Brewery
Martin Roberts and Ray Page have been brewing award winning
ale for 13 years.Formerly brewers at the Cheriton Brewhouse
(Now no more) these two master brewers have struck out on
their own to create new brews that show huge promise.
Martin and Ray have been partners in many ventures, one of
which produced charcoal and was called Bowman Charcoal. They
also frequented The Hampshire Bowman in Dundridge. So Bowman
Ales seemed like a natural progression, taking lessons and
experiences of the past, into an optimistic and productive
future.
Ray and Martin hope to expand on their past brewing
successes by producing a range of fine ales that are a
credit to the quality of the ingredients used to brew them.
They have always maintained that this is one industry where
you get out what you put in. To this end, their malted
barley is produced by the finest traditional maltster in
Britain, if not the world. Their hops are always 'choicest',
never lower grades, pellets or oils. The brewing yeast is a
fine strain obtained from an award-winning brewery in
Cornwall, with which they have had a long relationship. The
water used in the brewing liquor comes from under the
rolling Hampshire hills upon which the brewery sits.
